Big behaviors come from not having needs or wants met. Often general education educators do not have as wide a skill set as behavior specialist in reading these behaviors and knowing what they mean or how to best support the student. Using behavior as a means of communication, we will explore how to learn what behaviors are telling you, how to build better means of communication for students in your classrooms, and how to adjust your mindset around behaviors.
