This presentation focuses on the critical transition phase for blind and low vision (B/LV) children exiting birth to three early support services and entering preschool. It will explore the challenges and effective strategies to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Emphasis will be placed on collaborative planning, environmental adaptations, family involvement and continuous support to facilitate optimal developmental outcomes for B/LV children.
