As technology becomes more ubiquitous, and our teaching staff are increasingly from the "digital native" generation, why do we still need technology coaches in schools? The Instructional Tech Team from Auburn School District will share how they revamped their department to focus on student-centered coaching, equity, and universal design for learning.

You will see a picture emerge of how the team puts learning and student attainment first, which enables technology to become an amplifier of what works well for students.
