About me
Shelby is the Assistant Director for Instructional Technology and Library Services for the Northshore School District. She began her career as a middle school math teacher and moved into district administration in 2003, where she leveraged her dual passions for adult learning and technology integration to enhance Northshore’s Instructional Technology programs.
Shelby Reynolds has been a leader in Educational Technology since 2003, when she left the classroom to provide professional learning opportunities for teachers. Since then, she has led efforts to implement many initiatives to support digital learning: one to one, interactive presentation systems, learning management, and adaptive technologies. Shelby and her team were the first in the country to pivot an entire school district to remote learning as a result of the pandemic in 2020. Shelby is a CoSN Certified Educational Technology Leader (CETL), a member of the OETC Board of Directors, and a frequent presenter at regional conferences in the Pacific Northwest.
